We have equipped Japanese technology which makes work easy in less time that is maximum 30 days of time period for the minimal structure of the layout (houses in 120 square yards to 500 Sq.Yards). This will not require any additional days of time for patch work because of the new technology; there will not be any re-works for the time delays.

In the very short time frame every corner of the customer needs are taken in to the considerations and will try to implement in the given time & budget by the customer as per the initial discussion. When it comes to costing which are very less compared to the traditional construction charges.

RCC shear walls-framed structure, resistant to wind and earthquake. Transverse slab introduced at Level 1 to have more column free space and unhindered view at Ground level .External Wall: Reinforced shear wall and/or solid cement concrete blocks Internal Wall: Reinforced shear wall and/or solid cement concrete blocks / pre-cast concrete members. Reinforced concrete roof with appropriate water proofing wherever applicable

Speed and Quality

The structure of this construction of all walls and slabs reduces the requirement of plastering and wastages as well as labor. The concrete surface finish produced with the latest technology allows achievement of a high-quality wall finish without the extensive plastering. Doors and windows are formed in position, with the high degree of precision items such as doors and windows can be directly installed on the site with minimal resizing, if required. This new technology ensures consistency of dimensions which are discussed during the initial layout. A high-quality concrete finish is produced to accurate tolerances and verticality is obtained. The high-quality tolerance of the finish means that no plastering is required.

A typical 3mm to 4mm skin coat is applied internally prior to finishing and a 6mm build up cat prior to lying of the tiles or flooring is required for the 100 % closure of the work.  We follow a strict policy to exercise the highest quality, not only in our projects but also in the services.
